GM Style

Momentum Games sessions usually emphasize:

  • Character-driven storytelling
  • Meaningful player choices
  • Tactical combat with narrative purpose
  • Character voices and ambient music
  • Maps, handouts, and visual aids
  • Rules as written with reasonable rulings

Rules as written are the starting point. When the rules are unclear, slow, or incomplete, the GM may make a reasonable ruling to keep play moving.

Rules conversations are welcome, but extended debate should move outside the active scene whenever possible.
