Foundry VTT
Foundry VTT is the virtual tabletop used for Momentum Games sessions.
Purpose
Section titled “Purpose”Foundry VTT provides:
- Shared maps
- Tokens and movement
- Combat tracking
- Journals and handouts
- Visual aids
- Scene-based exploration
Basic Navigation
Section titled “Basic Navigation”When you join Foundry, you will usually see the current scene or landing page. The GM will guide players between scenes as needed.
Use your assigned token for movement and interaction. If you cannot see or control your token, tell the GM.
Maps are used for exploration, tactical positioning, and combat. Not every scene requires precise map movement.
Combat
Section titled “Combat”During combat, Foundry may track initiative, turn order, token positions, measured distances, templates, and conditions.
Journals
Section titled “Journals”Journals and handouts may contain clues, images, notes, lore, or session references.
